a. The warranty provides coverage for a period of two (2) years (or 730 days) from the date of completion of the services.

b. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials used during the provision of services by Small Town Home Services, LLC.

c. The warranty is applicable only to the original client/customer who engaged Small Town Home Services, LLC’s services.

a. The warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, accidents, misuse, abuse, acts of nature, or any unauthorized repairs or alterations made by you or third parties.

b. The warranty does not cover any pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or normal maintenance of the serviced area or items.

c. The warranty is limited to the services provided by Small Town Home Services, LLC and does not cover any additional repairs, modifications, or improvements requested by you after the completion of the original services.

d. The warranty does not cover any consequential or incidental damages arising from the provision of services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or any other economic losses.

a. To make a warranty claim, you must notify Small Town Home Services, LLC in writing within a reasonable time after the discovery of the defect.

b. You must provide the necessary documentation, including proof of purchase, original work order, and any other relevant information requested by Small Town Home Services, LLC to process the claim.

c. Small Town Home Services, LLC reserves the right to inspect and assess the claimed defect before approving any warranty claim.

d. If Small Town Home Services, LLC deems the claim valid, it will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective work or materials.

e. Small Town Home Services, LLC will make reasonable efforts to complete any approved warranty repairs or replacements within a reasonable timeframe.

a. Small Town Home Services, LLC’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective work or materials, as determined by Small Town Home Services, LLC.

b. Small Town Home Services, LLC shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by you beyond the repair or replacement of the defective work or materials covered by the warranty.

c. Small Town Home Services, LLC shall not be liable for any delays in the warranty claim process due to factors beyond its control, including but not limited to availability of materials, subcontractor availability, or acts of god.

d. You acknowledge and agree that Small Town Home Services, LLC’s liability under this warranty is expressly limited to the terms outlined in this Agreement and any statutory warranties or guarantees, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

a. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Small Town Home Services, LLC regarding the warranty and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.

b. You may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under this warranty without the prior written consent of Small Town Home Services, LLC.

c. Small Town Home Services, LLC may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under this warranty to any successor or affiliated entity.

d. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local and state laws.
