Small Town Home Services is a referral service for homeowners in Indiana, PA and nearby Western Pennsylvania. Call us and we help connect you with an independent local service provider, and our guides help you describe the problem and ask the right questions.
Our role
We offer a referral phone line, service-category explanations, problem-focused troubleshooting guides and a browser-based project-brief tool. Calls may be recorded and may be routed to an independent local service provider.
A project brief is not a quote, lead assignment, provider match or confirmed appointment. Any work is performed under the terms a homeowner agrees with the provider they independently choose.
What we are and are not
We are a referral service, not a licensed plumbing, HVAC, electrical or other contracting company. The guides are not a substitute for qualified inspection, code compliance or emergency assistance.
Small Town Home Services is operated by Abdul Baseer. We may be paid by service providers or call networks for referrals; we do not bill homeowners for the referral. See the referral disclosure for details.
