Small Town Home Services is a referral service operated by Abdul Baseer. We publish homeowner guidance and provide a phone line that connects homeowners in Indiana, PA and nearby Western Pennsylvania communities with independent local home-service providers. We are not a contractor and do not perform repair work ourselves. Any work is agreed directly between you and the provider you choose.

When you call: your calling phone number, the date, time and duration of the call, the page or number you called from and, where enabled, a recording of the call.

When you submit a request form (when available): your name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you need, a description of the issue, preferred timing, and the consent text, version and time you agreed to.

Automatically: standard server and security logs (such as browser type, pages visited and referring page) and, only if you allow it, first-party usage analytics such as page views and call-button clicks. Project descriptions typed into the browser-based project planner stay in your browser unless you choose to copy or send them.

Calls placed to the number on this website may be recorded and monitored by us, our call-tracking provider, our referral network partners and the independent service provider who receives the call. We use recordings for quality assurance, call routing, billing verification and dispute resolution. If you do not want your call recorded, please do not call; you may instead ask a provider directly for another way to arrange service.

To answer your call or request and refer you to an independent local service provider or referral network; to verify call quality and duration for billing between us and our partners; to prevent fraud, spam and abuse; to keep the website secure and improve it; and to comply with law.

Calls may be routed through a call-tracking or referral network to an independent local service provider for your area. When you submit a form and consent, your request may be shared with an independent provider who may contact you about it. We also share information with vendors that host the website, store data or track calls on our behalf, and with authorities when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information for unrelated marketing, and we do not use it to send marketing text messages or marketing emails.

If you submit a form, you agree to be contacted about your request as described in the consent statement next to the form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may withdraw consent or ask us not to contact you at any time by calling (724) 300-2927 or replying STOP to any text message. Analytics can be turned off with the privacy choice on this page.

We keep call and request records only as long as needed for routing, billing reconciliation, dispute resolution and legal obligations, and then delete or anonymize them. Form inquiries stored for referral are automatically deleted after about 30 days. Records are stored in access-restricted systems and network identifiers are stored only as salted hashes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions. Call (724) 300-2927 and tell us what you are requesting; we may need to verify your identity and will respond within a reasonable time.

This website is intended for adults (18 and older) arranging home services. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
