Small Town Home Services is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent local home-service providers and publish general homeowner guidance. We are not a contractor, do not perform repair work and are not a party to any agreement between you and a provider. We may be paid by service providers or call networks for referrals. We do not bill homeowners; any price for work is set by, and paid to, the provider you choose.

Calls may be recorded and may be routed to an independent local service provider. Availability, arrival times and prices are set by the provider, not by us, so confirm them with the provider before agreeing to work.

You decide whether to hire a provider. Before work starts, confirm the provider's identity, licensing or registration where required, insurance, written estimate, fees and warranty. The provider is solely responsible for its work, estimates and contracts.

Articles and checklists are general homeowner information, not a professional diagnosis or permission to perform regulated work. For gas leaks, fire, carbon monoxide, serious electrical hazards or anyone in danger, leave the area and call 911 or your utility's emergency line first.

To the extent permitted by law, Small Town Home Services and Abdul Baseer are not liable for work performed, delayed or not performed by independent providers, or for decisions made based on website content. The website is provided "as is."
